Dorothy, Wizard of Oz

SO, since I started making these costumes back in 2007, this by far has been my favorite. I made it for my daughter and decided I needed to share them with the world!

Here she was, by the way, all adorable and stuff

Awe... It was my first ever corset creation, and I was IN love! And who doesn't just love Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz? 

Perfect.costume.ever.

It is made out of blue gingham cotton fabric with corset ribbon ties in the back, which tie into the shoulder straps in front. It has an apron with adorable white laced edges, and a cute pocket trimmed with the same lace. The blue tutu poofs this adorable apron right up, and Viola`! Bows for the hair, red sparkle shoes, and you're set!
